Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating communication between the Customer Success Team and Support Services Division regarding Support Plan inquiries
  • Generating and delivering new and renewal quotes for Support Plans accurately and timely
  • Conducting customer outreach for follow-up on Support renewals and assisting with onboarding new customers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a customer-facing role
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Zendesk and/or HubSpot preferred
  • Familiarity with using Microsoft Excel
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
