Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in developing and executing Global Account strategies, acting as an advocate for internal and external teams
- Lead operational support activities, including customer service changes, contract negotiations, inventory transfers, billing, and issue resolution
- Drive business growth and customer loyalty by building strong relationships with key client contacts and identifying new opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience managing relationships with large and complex clients
- Strong knowledge of organizational structure, hierarchy, products, and services on a global scale
- Proven ability for self-initiative, proactive problem solving, and maintaining strong interpersonal skills
- University degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to speak English
