Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and familiar with CRM systems like Zendesk
- Open availability, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs
- Cheerful attitude with a passion for camping and travel
- Ability to work independently and experience working remotely
