Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance and guidance to customers regarding RV rentals and services
• Handle first-level support for customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions
• Manage bookings and customer interactions using CRM systems and coordinate with other teams for service quality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and familiar with CRM systems like Zendesk
• Open availability, including nights and weekends, to meet business needs
• Cheerful attitude with a passion for camping and travel
• Ability to work independently and experience working remotely
