Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer patient calls and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Contact patients regarding prescriptions for payment confirmation and shipping
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and collect payments from patients and providers
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • 2 years of Customer Success experience
  • Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
  • Must be available to work required shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays
