Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer patient calls and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Contact patients regarding prescriptions for payment confirmation and shipping
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups and collect payments from patients and providers
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2 years of Customer Success experience
- Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Must be available to work required shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays
