Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure positive customer experiences post-auto refinance or purchase loan
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries and escalations
  • Perform quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in inside phone sales, telemarketing, quality assurance, or customer service in auto finance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required
