Job Summary

- Ensure positive customer experiences post-auto refinance or purchase loan
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, addressing customer inquiries and escalations
- Perform quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree required
- Experience in inside phone sales, telemarketing, quality assurance, or customer service in auto finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required
