Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer maintenance contract renewals and upsell premium services
  • Conduct customer experience assessments and manage annual pipeline to ensure customer retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare special terms and assist customers with support-related issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; relevant experience may be considered
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German
  • Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs
  • Ability to manage complex customer requests and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
