Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative, Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer maintenance contract renewals and upsell premium services
- Conduct customer experience assessments and manage annual pipeline to ensure customer retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare special terms and assist customers with support-related issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; relevant experience may be considered
- Advanced proficiency in English and German
- Experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success Management
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and KPIs
- Ability to manage complex customer requests and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
