Job Summary
Customer Success Representative is a full-time remote position responsible for managing order processes, providing customer support, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily reports of open orders and follow up as necessary
- Monitor new orders, schedule follow-ups, and confirm shipping details
- Provide backup support for other representatives and mentor entry-level team members
Required Qualifications
