Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to prospective and current students, the temporary full-time Customer Success Representative will manage inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive student experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to students through professional communication and effective problem-solving
  • Field inquiries from prospective students and utilize sales techniques to secure enrollments
  • Support existing students with account updates, technical assistance, and course navigation
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED; a two-year degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a similar role
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
  • Ability to efficiently navigate multiple programs and troubleshoot issues
  • Strong adaptability to changing processes and products
