Job Summary
Providing exceptional support to prospective and current students, the temporary full-time Customer Success Representative will manage inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a positive student experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to students through professional communication and effective problem-solving
- Field inquiries from prospective students and utilize sales techniques to secure enrollments
- Support existing students with account updates, technical assistance, and course navigation
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED; a two-year degree is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a similar role
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Ability to efficiently navigate multiple programs and troubleshoot issues
- Strong adaptability to changing processes and products
