Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Customer Success Representative, the role involves managing patient interactions through calls, emails, and chats to address inquiries about prescriptions, process payments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer patient calls and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Make outbound calls to patients for follow-ups and payment collection
- Route calls to appropriate team members and maintain compliance with department SOPs
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D
- 2 years of Customer Success experience
- Pharmacy experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
- Experience with Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
