Job Summary
Providing personalized customer assistance, the full-time Customer Success Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and issues related to RV rentals while working remotely from Las Vegas.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering tailored guidance and support throughout the booking process
- Handle first-level support for issues such as damage claims and troubleshooting, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
- Coordinate existing bookings and manage customer interactions using a CRM system, while collaborating with various teams to enhance service quality
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with inbound/outbound call experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with CRM systems like Zendesk is a plus
- Open availability to meet business needs, including nights and weekends
- Cheerful attitude and a passion for camping, travel, and road trips
- Ability to work independently and experience working remotely
