Seeking a part-time, seasonal Customer Happiness Representative to work remotely, who will provide exceptional customer service, build and maintain positive relationships with families, and conduct outreach to ensure continued engagement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement
Required qualifications:
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work 10-30 hours per week, with weekend availability preferred
  • Empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with special projects
