Job Summary
Seeking a part-time, seasonal Customer Happiness Representative to work remotely, who will provide exceptional customer service, build and maintain positive relationships with families, and conduct outreach to ensure continued engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction
- Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement
Required qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work 10-30 hours per week, with weekend availability preferred
- Empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist with special projects
