Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time seasonal Customer Success Representative will engage with families remotely to resolve inquiries, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly via email, phone, and chat
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while anticipating their needs
- Conduct outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and monitor feedback
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work 10-30 hours per week, with weekend availability preferred
- Empathy and a solution-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback
