Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time seasonal Customer Success Representative will engage with families remotely to resolve inquiries, build relationships, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key responsibilities
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly via email, phone, and chat
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while anticipating their needs
  • Conduct outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and monitor feedback
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work 10-30 hours per week, with weekend availability preferred
