Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support in a fully remote, full-time capacity, the Customer Success Representative will troubleshoot technical issues, respond to customer inquiries across various platforms, and escalate complex matters as needed to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to customers via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Manage and resolve customer issues while maintaining accurate records of interactions
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to address customer concerns and improve support outcomes
Required qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role, particularly with online and digital services
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, or similar ticketing systems
  • Experience troubleshooting issues related to e-commerce platforms and digital subscriptions
  • Minimum 6+ months of remote work experience with availability for weekends and nights
  • Preferred background in tech support, genetics, healthcare, biotechnology, or SaaS
