Job Summary

To support sales growth and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Representative will partner with Client Partners to ensure effective onboarding, product training, and ongoing support for Pearson's Online Adult and Career Education portfolio.

Key responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer needs and deliver impactful demonstrations of Pearson courseware products
  • Ensure successful customer onboarding and correct usage of Pearson products
  • Drive instructor success through ongoing training and support, maximizing the impact of digital products
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or corporate training
  • Background in Edtech, Customer Success, Higher Education, or Sales
  • Strong analytical skills and learning agility
  • Ability to develop and leverage relationships effectively
