Job Summary
To support sales growth and customer satisfaction, the full-time remote Enterprise Customer Success Representative will partner with Client Partners to ensure effective onboarding, product training, and ongoing support for Pearson's Online Adult and Career Education portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate customer needs and deliver impactful demonstrations of Pearson courseware products
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and correct usage of Pearson products
- Drive instructor success through ongoing training and support, maximizing the impact of digital products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or corporate training
- Background in Edtech, Customer Success, Higher Education, or Sales
- Strong analytical skills and learning agility
- Ability to develop and leverage relationships effectively
