Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative, the full-time remote position will support the sourcing process by posting job openings, headhunting, and filtering CVs while collaborating with multicultural teams globally.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sourcing process, including job postings, headhunting, and candidate communication
• Understand vacancy requirements to conduct targeted headhunting efforts
• Collaborate with diverse teams on various recruitment projects

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of work experience
• Knowledge of the IT market
• Studies in Human Resources, psychology, or related fields
• Advanced English level
• Strong self-management skills
