Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative, the full-time remote position will support the sourcing process by posting job openings, headhunting, and filtering CVs while collaborating with multicultural teams globally.
Key responsibilities
- Support the sourcing process, including job postings, headhunting, and candidate communication
- Understand vacancy requirements to conduct targeted headhunting efforts
- Collaborate with diverse teams on various recruitment projects
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Knowledge of the IT market
- Studies in Human Resources, psychology, or related fields
- Advanced English level
- Strong self-management skills
