Job Summary
To support a growing community of families, the part-time seasonal Customer Success Representative will provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat while building positive relationships and conducting outreach to ensure customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs
- Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to ensure continued engagement
Required qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work 10-30 hours per week with weekend availability preferred
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
