Job Summary

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, the full-time Customer Success Representative will ensure seamless integration of Managed WiFi, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and Fiber deployment services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding activities with property owners, construction teams, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, advocating for customer needs and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews and proactive check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with exposure to the Multi-Family segment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing, or relevant experience
  • Proficient in CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent platforms
  • Familiarity with ISP partnership management and basic financial reporting
