Job Summary
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, the full-time Customer Success Representative will ensure seamless integration of Managed WiFi, Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and Fiber deployment services while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities with property owners, construction teams, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, advocating for customer needs and satisfaction
- Conduct regular business reviews and proactive check-ins to assess customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
- Experience in the telecommunications industry, preferably with exposure to the Multi-Family segment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Marketing, or relevant experience
- Proficient in CRM software, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent platforms
- Familiarity with ISP partnership management and basic financial reporting
