Job Summary

Seeking a part-time seasonal Customer Success Representative to work remotely, who will provide exceptional customer service, build positive relationships with families, and conduct outreach to ensure satisfaction during the summer season.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues promptly
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, anticipating their needs to ensure satisfaction
• Conduct customer outreach and follow-ups to provide personalized support and ensure continued engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive approach to improving processes
• Availability for 10-30 hours per week, with weekend partial availability preferred
• Ability to maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Willingness to assist with special projects supporting the customer happiness team
