Customer Success Representative
Job Summary
Fluent in German and English, the remote Customer Success Renewals Representative will manage the renewal of customer maintenance contracts, provide quotes, and focus on customer retention and upselling premium services to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage renewal of contracts in assigned territory to protect revenue
- Monitor expiring agreements and take timely action to maintain customers

Required qualifications
