Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients
- Support customers in all areas of the travel team's service/product capabilities
- Identify and support program growth opportunities and program improvement
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree desired
- 2-5 years of experience in a related customer facing role with emphasis on technology
- Competence in enterprise technology applications: MS Word/Excel/Teams, Salesforce, MailChimp, Canva, etc
- High-touch customer service skills
- Strong presentation, multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills
