Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative for a growing SaaS team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts and provide strategic guidance on product usage based on individualized needs
  • Build relationships with customers and collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow relationships
  • Identify upsell opportunities and effectively communicate them to customers and the sales team
Required Qualifications:
  • One year of account management, customer success, or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer focus to advocate for customer success
  • Project and task management experience preferred
  • Ability to present to audiences of all sizes with confidence and expertise
  • Tech-savvy with familiarity with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, preferred
