Job Summary
Leading and coaching Team Leaders across the Spanish, UK, and French markets, the full-time remote Customer Success Retention Manager will develop and execute customer retention strategies, manage key accounts, and drive team performance to enhance customer lifecycle value.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional customer lifecycle strategies to minimize churn and drive growth
- Lead and mentor Team Leaders and their retention and key account teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- Analyze performance metrics and data to identify areas for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and developing Team Leaders in a Customer Success or Key Account Management environment
- Track record of designing and executing effective customer retention strategies
- Experience managing high-value customer lifecycles and key accounts
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on performance analysis
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; French proficiency is a plus
