Customer Success RVP

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RVP, Customer Success responsible for launching new clients and developing customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the launch of new clients, including executive account management and technical coordination
• Identify key client contacts to build a network and drive adoption
• Perform data analytics to drive Candex usage and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Procurement or Procurement Operations
• Experience working with large Fortune 500 companies
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree preferred in Business, IT, Purchasing, or Finance
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge and/or experience with Purchasing systems and processes
