Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director - Customer Success in Finance & Insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer success team to maximize customer value, retention, and growth
  • Oversee renewals bookings performance and ensure disciplined execution across the team
  • Coordinate activities among customer success managers and drive adoption of enterprise tools and methodologies


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree preferred
  • 7-10+ years of customer success experience with significant people leadership responsibility
  • Proven success managing and scaling complex B2B customer success teams
  • Experience in data, analytics, SaaS, research, or advisory-based businesses
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or equivalent) CRM platform(s)
