Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director - Customer Success in Finance & Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer success team to maximize customer value, retention, and growth
- Oversee renewals bookings performance and ensure disciplined execution across the team
- Coordinate activities among customer success managers and drive adoption of enterprise tools and methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's degree preferred
- 7-10+ years of customer success experience with significant people leadership responsibility
- Proven success managing and scaling complex B2B customer success teams
- Experience in data, analytics, SaaS, research, or advisory-based businesses
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or equivalent) CRM platform(s)
