Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to advocate for customers and help them achieve their business outcomes
  • Manage client renewal and retention opportunities for additional revenue and growth
  • Establish relationships with other team leaders to ensure a unified approach to customer success
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in a SaaS CSM people management role
  • 8+ years' experience in relationship development and management with executives in complex customer environments
  • Experience leading Customer Success teams with ARR of 100mm+
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in technology- or business-related field
  • Familiarity with CX (industry and technology) to lead a consultative approach
