Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to advocate for customers and help them achieve their business outcomes
- Manage client renewal and retention opportunities for additional revenue and growth
- Establish relationships with other team leaders to ensure a unified approach to customer success
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience in a SaaS CSM people management role
- 8+ years' experience in relationship development and management with executives in complex customer environments
- Experience leading Customer Success teams with ARR of 100mm+
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in technology- or business-related field
- Familiarity with CX (industry and technology) to lead a consultative approach
