Job Summary

A company is looking for a CX Solution Architect to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, optimizing their use of the Financial Performance Management Suite
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to drive adoption and long-term customer health
  • Conduct strategic discovery sessions to align solutions with evolving customer goals and identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience, including financial reporting and budgeting
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning and reporting processes
  • Experience with Financial Management or EPM software in a functional or advisory capacity
  • Strong executive presence to influence and advise senior stakeholders
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to driving outcomes
