Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist who is passionate about helping nonprofits succeed through effective fundraising and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Host and support educational sessions focused on product usage and fundraising best practices
  • Guide customers post-onboarding through structured success motions and core platform features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and address feedback
Required Qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support or Customer Success
  • Comfort in supporting multiple customers simultaneously in a scaled environment
  • Experience with nonprofit CRMs or online fundraising platforms is a plus
  • A customer-first mindset with a willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Nice to have: 1 to 2 years of experience working with nonprofits or community-based organizations
