Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and configuration of URABLE
  • Provide live demonstrations of URABLE's features to potential subscribers
  • Manage customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues through the Live Chat system
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Experience conducting live product demonstrations and video-based interactions
  • Proficiency in customer support tools and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customers
  • Passion for helping customers succeed with a proactive approach to support
