Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Guide new users through onboarding, setup, and configuration of URABLE
- Provide live demonstrations of URABLE's features to potential subscribers
- Manage customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues through the Live Chat system
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience conducting live product demonstrations and video-based interactions
- Proficiency in customer support tools and CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple customers
- Passion for helping customers succeed with a proactive approach to support
