Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to provide training, education, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
  • Coordinate product demos and collaborate with departments to support customer success
  • Maintain organized task lists and escalate at-risk customers proactively
Required Qualifications
  • Passion for delivering a positive customer experience through various communication channels
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a cross-functional organization
  • Previous experience in B2B Customer Support, Customer Success, or Account Management is a plus
  • Availability to work 8:30am-5:30pm CT (M-F)
  • Background in the SaaS industry or equipment maintenance is advantageous
