Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the night shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training, education, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for customers
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer success and escalate at-risk customers
- Maintain organized task lists and create strong customer relationships through exceptional service
Required Qualifications
- Passion for delivering a positive customer experience through various communication channels
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a cross-functional organization
- Availability to work 11:00pm - 8:00am CT (Sun-Thurs)
- Previous experience in B2B Customer Support or Customer Success is a plus
- Background in the SaaS industry or equipment maintenance is preferred
