Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide training, education, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for customers
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer success and escalate at-risk customers
  • Maintain organized task lists and create strong customer relationships through exceptional service


Required Qualifications
  • Passion for delivering a positive customer experience through various communication channels
  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a cross-functional organization
  • Availability to work 11:00pm - 8:00am CT (Sun-Thurs)
  • Previous experience in B2B Customer Support or Customer Success is a plus
  • Background in the SaaS industry or equipment maintenance is preferred
