Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Mid-Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle for assigned customers, ensuring high retention rates
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide accurate renewal quotes 90 days prior to contract expiration
  • Document client interactions and collaborate with sales teams to drive incremental revenue opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Development
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company or K12 industry preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software
  • Ability to understand client buying cycles and procurement processes
