Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (Mid-Market).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle for assigned customers, ensuring high retention rates
  • Create and deliver accurate renewal quotes, documenting all client interactions
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Development
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company or K12 industry preferred
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a quota-carrying role
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM solutions is preferred
