Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Specialist, Inbound, supporting the Eastern United States remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers, providing education on the Knock Bridge Loan
- Answer and resolve inquiries regarding programs and troubleshoot technical issues
- Continuously learn and support team members while managing ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Flexibility to work Eastern hours from 9 am to 6 pm
- Real estate license preferred but not required with relevant experience
- Recent experience in a real estate position or working with real estate agents
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
