Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Specialist, Inbound, supporting the Eastern United States remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for lenders, real estate agents, and borrowers, providing education on the Knock Bridge Loan
  • Answer and resolve inquiries regarding programs and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Continuously learn and support team members while managing ad-hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility to work Eastern hours from 9 am to 6 pm
  • Real estate license preferred but not required with relevant experience
  • Recent experience in a real estate position or working with real estate agents
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
