Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans and conduct regular Business Reviews
- Monitor customer usage and engagement, ensuring successful renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven success in driving retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Experience with CRM platforms or customer communication tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
