Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer usage and engagement, ensuring successful renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in driving retention, renewals, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Experience with CRM platforms or customer communication tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
