Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage customers through inquiry response and proactive outreach to demonstrate product usage
  • Meet or exceed goals for customer inquiry response and engagement via phone, email, and chat
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers and ensure 100% satisfaction by resolving inquiries efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 1 - 3 years of customer support or account management experience required
  • Availability from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday
  • Typing speed of 60+ words per minute required
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office strongly preferred
