Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage customer requests and support internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer communication and support internal teams by handling customer requests
  • Utilize ticketing software to track and resolve customer support issues
  • Provide inbound and outbound support to customers through phone and email
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer support experience with ticketing responsibilities
  • 1+ year of experience with Jira, Salesforce, or similar ticketing software
  • 1+ year of inbound customer support phone experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent certifications in customer support or technical support preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
