Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to manage customer requests and support internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer communication and support internal teams by handling customer requests
- Utilize ticketing software to track and resolve customer support issues
- Provide inbound and outbound support to customers through phone and email
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience with ticketing responsibilities
- 1+ year of experience with Jira, Salesforce, or similar ticketing software
- 1+ year of inbound customer support phone experience
- Associate degree or equivalent certifications in customer support or technical support preferred
- Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus
