Key Responsibilities
- Monitor data risk and conduct platform health checks to track improvements

Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in Customer Success operations or Program Management, preferably in data protection
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proficiency with digital customer success platforms and marketing automation tools
- Working knowledge of Veeam offerings and strong analytical skills for data interpretation
- Experience facilitating QBRs and effective stakeholder management skills
