Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years in Customer Success operations or Program Management, preferably in data protection
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proficiency with digital customer success platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Working knowledge of Veeam offerings and strong analytical skills for data interpretation
  • Experience facilitating QBRs and effective stakeholder management skills
