Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieves sales targets for assigned accounts to enhance customer retention and sales growth
  • Provides consultative upselling and service by leveraging product knowledge and expertise
  • Monitors the success of digital courses to ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-based role, such as customer or account management
  • Demonstrated understanding of technology and experience with digital products
  • Some direct sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, especially in a higher education environment
  • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive results
