Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Achieves sales targets for assigned accounts to enhance customer retention and sales growth
- Provides consultative upselling and service by leveraging product knowledge and expertise
- Monitors the success of digital courses to ensure a positive customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relationship-based role, such as customer or account management
- Demonstrated understanding of technology and experience with digital products
- Some direct sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred, especially in a higher education environment
- Ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive results
