Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist who will serve as the primary contact for school level and small district administrators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide inbox and phone support to address administrator inquiries and resolve issues
  • Offer guidance on pricing, sales policies, and account management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support growth projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience
  • Legal right to work in the United States
  • Must be able to work full-time in PST or MST time zones
  • Experience in customer support or account management roles
  • Familiarity with CRM and ticketing tools is preferred
