Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Discord Community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with the Discord community, addressing user inquiries and moderating discussions
• Develop and implement support operations, including response protocols and resource management
• Handle customer support tickets and assist with compliance-related workflows during downtime

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Discord communities, preferably in financial services
• 2+ years of experience in financial services support or operations
• Strong understanding of Discord infrastructure and community engagement
• Familiarity with KYC/CIP concepts and payment processing
• Knowledge of markets and trading fundamentals
