Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and engage with the Discord community, addressing user inquiries and moderating discussions

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing Discord communities, preferably in financial services
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services support or operations
  • Strong understanding of Discord infrastructure and community engagement
  • Familiarity with KYC/CIP concepts and payment processing
  • Knowledge of markets and trading fundamentals
