Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with the Discord community, addressing user inquiries and moderating discussions
- Develop and implement support operations, including response protocols and resource management
- Handle customer support tickets and assist with compliance-related workflows during downtime
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing Discord communities, preferably in financial services
- 2+ years of experience in financial services support or operations
- Strong understanding of Discord infrastructure and community engagement
- Familiarity with KYC/CIP concepts and payment processing
- Knowledge of markets and trading fundamentals
