Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to onboard and train new customers remotely within the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboards new customers to RepairLogic and estimateIQ, providing initial 6-week implementation support
  • Identifies at-risk customers and implements targeted campaigns for improvement in product usage
  • Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues, maintaining valid customer account information in the CRM
Required Qualifications
  • General Education Degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
  • SaaS/Software and/or product experience is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to develop and foster business relationships with customers
