Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to onboard and train new customers remotely within the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboards new customers to RepairLogic and estimateIQ, providing initial 6-week implementation support
- Identifies at-risk customers and implements targeted campaigns for improvement in product usage
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves issues, maintaining valid customer account information in the CRM
Required Qualifications
- General Education Degree or equivalent
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is preferred
- SaaS/Software and/or product experience is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to develop and foster business relationships with customers
