Job Summary

A company is looking for a Carrier Customer Success Specialist to manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve customer disputes related to billing, service, and contracts
  • Generate and present Customer Scorecards for quarterly business reviews, highlighting performance and opportunities
  • Drive customer renewals and retention, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong knowledge of carrier services, products, and contracts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and billing systems
