Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support the long-term success of strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support for Strategic Accounts, resolving product inquiries and ensuring effective communication
  • Build strong relationships with customers, capturing feedback and addressing complex issues
  • Drive product adoption by educating customers on features and best practices while maintaining operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Business Development
  • Experience with SaaS platforms preferred; legal tech experience a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and product features
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
