Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support the long-term success of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support for Strategic Accounts, resolving product inquiries and ensuring effective communication
- Build strong relationships with customers, capturing feedback and addressing complex issues
- Drive product adoption by educating customers on features and best practices while maintaining operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 1-2+ years in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, Support, or Business Development
- Experience with SaaS platforms preferred; legal tech experience a plus
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies and product features
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
