Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company to customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience
- Master the product features to guide customers through setup and troubleshooting
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions to improve the customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
- Experience using software tools for accounting and finance
- Availability for a minimum of 20 hours/week, including some evenings and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Bonus: Experience in agriculture, construction, trucking, or another trade industry
