Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company to customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience
  • Master the product features to guide customers through setup and troubleshooting
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions to improve the customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Strong bookkeeping or accounting background
  • Experience using software tools for accounting and finance
  • Availability for a minimum of 20 hours/week, including some evenings and weekends
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Bonus: Experience in agriculture, construction, trucking, or another trade industry
