Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success & Retention Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage renewals and lead renewal conversations with confidence
  • Conduct proactive outreach to at-risk customers and identify upsell opportunities
  • Build trusted relationships and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS retention roles
  • Proven experience in leading renewal and cancellation conversations
  • Strong commercial instinct with confidence in discussing contracts and pricing
  • Experience with HubSpot, Jira, or similar CRM tools
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
