Key Responsibilities
- Manage renewals and lead renewal conversations with confidence
- Conduct proactive outreach to at-risk customers and identify upsell opportunities
- Build trusted relationships and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS retention roles
- Proven experience in leading renewal and cancellation conversations
- Strong commercial instinct with confidence in discussing contracts and pricing
- Experience with HubSpot, Jira, or similar CRM tools
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage
