Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Logistics Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor package carrier activity to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, serving as the first point of escalation for service failures
  • Proactively identify and address time-sensitive delivery risks to prevent impact on customers or patients
  • Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate resolutions and maintain shipment flow
Required Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing, operations, logistics, or support-oriented role
  • Strong problem-solving ability in fast-moving, time-sensitive situations
  • Comfort navigating systems and technology platforms used for monitoring and issue resolution
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with documentation and reporting
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
