Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple customer relationships during the onboarding process, including software setup and site modifications
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention
  • Consult with end users to determine needs, document issues, and facilitate training on software products


Required Qualifications:
  • Three (3) years of customer-facing experience, ideally supporting software applications
  • Experience in support and/or customer relationship management, with a preference for SaaS implementation
  • Thorough knowledge of computer software, hardware, and internet applications
  • Ability to navigate databases and document information using computer systems
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
