Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple customer onboardings in a high-volume environment, balancing individual and group training
  • Guide customers through their onboarding journey to ensure effective use of the platform
  • Track and manage onboarding metrics related to product adoption and customer retention
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, success, or enablement in an SMB, B2B, or SaaS environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Proven ability to manage customer needs and make outcome-driven recommendations
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
  • Experience in construction technology or CRM platforms is a plus
