Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage small account relationships and conduct regular check-ins to assess usage and needs
- Provide refresher training and support to customers, addressing usage-related questions and clarifying functionality
- Assist the Strategic Account Manager with follow-up tasks and coordination related to enterprise accounts
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a SaaS or technology environment
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships effectively
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and documentation skills
- Comfortable learning and working with new software platforms
