Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to support small to mid-sized customer accounts in their engagement with a SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage small account relationships and conduct regular check-ins to assess usage and needs
  • Provide refresher training and support to customers, addressing usage-related questions and clarifying functionality
  • Assist the Strategic Account Manager with follow-up tasks and coordination related to enterprise accounts
Required Qualifications
