Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex orders, account maintenance, and digital commerce processing
  • Liaise with the Sales Support team on special customer orders and logistics communication
  • Review and maintain customer account data and state-level tax exemption certificates
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of three years customer service-related work experience
  • Two years of data entry and keyboarding experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to perform business math calculations
  • Experience using NetSuite is a plus
